When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, project location, budget range, expected start date, project description and your preferred contact method.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running reliably. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use enquiry details only to respond to you, to understand your project and to discuss how we might work together. If you become a client, we will use relevant information to deliver the project and meet our contractual obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate, explicit agreement.

We process enquiry information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. In Kenya, personal data is protected under the Data Protection Act, 2019, and we aim to handle your information in line with its principles.

Your information may be processed by service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries, such as hosting or email providers. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

If your project requires it, and only with your knowledge, we may share relevant details with consultants or subcontractors working on your project.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we aim to delete it within 12 months. Records relating to client projects are kept for as long as required for contractual, legal and accounting purposes.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already taken place.
